En savoir plus sur le livre
The study investigates how organizational identification (OI) impacts organizational citizenship behavior directed toward the organization (OCB-O) and individuals (OCB-I) among administrative staff in China's private SMEs. Utilizing social exchange theory and structural equation modeling, the research reveals that OI positively influences both OCB forms. Notably, supervisor ratings of leader-member exchange (LMX-L) do not significantly affect these relationships, while subordinate ratings (LMX-S) enhance the positive connections between OI and both OCB-O and OCB-I.
