The Fourth International Symposium on Polarization Phenomena in Nuclear Reactions was held from August 25 to 29, 1975, at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETHZ). The event received support from the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics, the Swiss National Science Foundation, and the Swiss Physical Society. An International Program Committee, including notable figures such as Prof. I. Ja. Barit from the USSR Academy of Sciences and Prof. E. Baumgartner from the University of Basel, helped shape the Symposium's agenda.
