Many social thinkers argue that quantifying organizational performance based on produced values is not feasible. In response, the axiological approach in systems theory serves a dual purpose: it considers universal reference values that motivate human action and justify societal existence, including the survival of Homo sapiens, which is currently at risk. This work proposes measuring axiological efficiency in operational statistical terms to seek verifiable results. The primary objective is to define and measure a new concept of "organizational efficiency" that transcends traditional economic aspects and ideological misconceptions. The authors assert that organizational efficiency should encompass the entire system of projected or attained values. Criticism should be directed at the value systems of societies or organizations. The seven works included represent a preliminary effort to establish an operational quantitative methodology for this purpose. Additionally, the book introduces various approaches to measuring efficiency in relation to specific organizational challenges. Collectively, the articles explore multiple ways to address organizational efficiency, enhancing understanding and critique of this concept.
