A mystery with suspense, romance, and everyday people-- Samantha and Edward York team up to solve a string of crimes that no one else knows is taking place. In the intervening time, Samantha and Edward notice activity at their apartment that makes keeping their noses out of other people's business impossible. Edward and Samantha take to doing a little detective work to find clues to solve the mystery of what's going on upstairs. Unsuspecting characters are revealed as Samantha and Edward piece together the mystery. And as time passes, two dead bodies are discovered, bribes take place, and someone is threatened. Will either of them piece the mystery together before anyone else is harmed? That question is answered when Samantha's and Edward's plans come together as two seemingly unrelated events bring all involved to the break point.
