In the beautiful town of Cutopia, animals and people live happily together. The happiest, most popular, and most loved resident of Cutopia is Perry, the panda. Perry is unlike any other panda in the world; he is blue. Everyone in Cutopia loves Perry not just because he is blue. They love him because he is kind and caring to everyone. Perry loves everyone in Cutopia. He also loves nature - trees, animals, and all living creatures. And he is always thinking of ways to help his town to look after the natural environment so that everyone in Cutopia can live in a utopia.
