Dancers at the Arena is a prediction of the future, a warning to all erring politicians and a call on the masses to be selective in their choices of politicians that will rule them. It is a call for a redress to injuries and miscarriages of good politics and leadership that have been the bane of Africa's rapid development, economically, socially, structurally and educationally. It is a demand for equity and fair play in politics and politicking. It is an appeal to the senses and sensibilities of our politicians, to remember that the masses' welfare is the sole reason for their election to political offices. It is a plea to all politicians to shun corruption, nepotism, ethnocentrism, racism, sectarianism, and so forth, and to embrace co-operation, consolidation, prudence, probity and accountability in governance.
