En savoir plus sur le livre

This work seeks to reflect on how to build and care for groups, companies and professional organizations, making them internally strong, in harmony, and credible, strengthening them to ensure that they last over time. The book covers important topics on leadership, ethics, communication, trust, changes, quality of life, teams or happiness at work, among others. The author is based on a methodology that takes into account both the needs of the people and those of the organization itself to determine the factors that allow building a nutritious work experience and achieving the objectives set. Likewise, they are invited to abandon the classic work paradigm characterized by exhausting and meaningless routines that carry with them stress, lack of motivation, poorly understood competitiveness, mistrust, disloyalty, low productivity, etc. Finally, this book shows an intervention model with a multiplicity of theoretical-practical cases for action and reflection, placed at the service of a company or organization.
