We have found real evidence ofthe human soul and of immortality. Our research notes were turned into a bookabout genuine Miracles of the Mind, including the influences the mind can haveon health and well-being, how to increase one's creativity, be more aware, andbe happier. This study was initiated todetermine how much of the mind is dependent on brain-action and how much simplyuses the brain as a set of tools. This clinical and phenomenological study wasdifferent because it didn't start with the assumption that brainneuronal-functions can explain all aspects of the mind. Although it wasimportant to understand brain neuronal-functions, there is more than that tothe understanding of the mind, to understanding the source of our will,courage, affection, insights, ideas, creativity, imagination, hope, thrills tobeauty, contentment, happiness, compassion, morals, and ideals.As a result of initial findings,the study was expanded into the help that the mind gets from outside the brainand associated senses. A correlation is shown between extrasensory-perception,near-death, out-of-body experience stories, gifted children, and recollectionsby small children of past lives.
