We are all storytellers--each one of us. Every day is a page of the novel of our lives. The moments are sentences filled with details of our journey. Our best storytellers are children whose imaginations draw us back into the times of our youth when we dreamed of whom we wished to be. This book is the culmination of The Ready Writers Project, a 10-day writing workshop with students in 3rd and 4th grades at John P Parker School in Cincinnati, OH. The student stories have been minimally edited to preserve each student's voice and imagination. Students collaborated with a professional illustrator to create characters for each chapter. This project was edited by author, Chiquita M. Hughes of Mission 6 Consulting, LLC.
