Focusing on the determinants of e-banking service adoption, this study analyzes data from 20 branches of Commercial banks in South Addis Ababa. Utilizing a mixed research approach, it combines qualitative and quantitative methods, primarily through questionnaires. The research framework incorporates factors such as Technology, Organization, Environment, demographics, and perceived usefulness. The findings highlight key drivers for adopting e-banking services, specifically emphasizing the importance of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness in influencing customer decisions.
