Focusing on dairy production practices, this study explores traditional milk processing and marketing systems in the Sibu Sire District of eastern Wollega. Conducted in 2016, it involved the selection of six kebeles, from which 30 households were chosen based on their ownership of local dairy cows. Through a combination of open and closed-ended questionnaires, the research aims to provide insights into the local dairy industry's dynamics and challenges.
