In response to a declared planetary climate emergency, a series of financial measures are introduced, including a 0.5% tax on the global financial system and a 5% contribution from multinational net profits. An 8% tax on hydrocarbons is also implemented, generating $2 trillion annually to fund significant environmental initiatives.
