Focusing on coping mechanisms, this research compares work stress management among employees from various governmental organizations in Santo Domingo. It involved a sample of 82 public employees and utilized a survey method with the Moos Coping Response Inventory (CRI) for data collection. The findings reveal a notable similarity in the levels of perceived stress experienced by employees across the different institutions, highlighting common challenges faced in public service environments.
