Utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods, it reveals that involvement is notably low due to perceptions of time and material loss. While many manufacturing and hotel industry experts are certified, a significant number of employees remain unqualified. The findings highlight the detrimental impact of poor industry participation on the quality of assessments and the availability of skilled professionals in the sector.
