This book addresses the heart of the administrative justice in Palestine and England. It seeks to provide readers with an informed understanding of the Palestinian judicial system in general and the administrative judiciary in particular in terms of the historical roots, administrative justice concepts, obstacles, court system and the miscarriages of justice through the political crises.
