Scratchy, the green wheelie bin, is whizzing around on the road on a windy night. He bumps into Precious, the blue recycle bin, and they, in turn, cause Compo, the little silver compost bucket, to fly off the wall and land in the village stream. It’s a while before Compo is rescued.
