The study of air accidents and incidents pinpoints that the technical skills were just a part of performance during a flight operation. The majority of problems were due to communication rather than technical problems. Even if there is a critical situation put down to technical failures, a good communication can transmute the perilous situation. Crew Resource Management emerged to reduce human errors. Despite its effectiveness there is a scarcity of resources and research about the ‘Aviation Communication’ and the gap between theory and practice is wider in communication than in any other facet of aviation.
