En savoir plus sur le livre
Cloud computing has gained significant attention in recent years, with discussions surrounding its benefits, security issues, legal regulations, and data privacy. This work begins by outlining essential considerations for implementing cloud services, identifying necessary criteria and demands that can reveal the advantages of cloud adoption in specific contexts. It then shifts to management decisions that arise from the choice to integrate cloud services within a company, focusing on implementation strategies and supporting measures. Various strategies and support mechanisms for cloud computing are introduced, with design science selected as the research paradigm. The text analyzes 860 case studies on cloud service implementation projects, employing the design science approach to iteratively develop a model that serves as an artifact. This model facilitates the suggestion of strategies and measures to support cloud computing implementation. Ultimately, it provides actionable recommendations for various cloud implementation projects across different company environments, emphasizing appropriate strategies and support measures to ease employee transitions to new cloud services.
