This book provides a survey for the gastric cancer surgeon. Two main chapters deal with resection and different types of reconstruction. Further contributions deal with clinical and pathological staging, imaging diagnostic tools, survival, and outcome after surgery, and adjuvant therapy. In particular the technique of the ileocolon interpositional graft for reconstruction is emphasized. This book is written for gastric surgeons, gastroenterologists, and oncologists.
