The purpose of this book is to provide an introduction and guidance on the correct methodology for environmental engineering work with the specific target of simulating air pollution effects on materials and equipment. Topics include Environmental Testing-Methods and Standardization; Environmental Testing of Electronic and Metals; Environmental Testing of Natural Stones; Environmental Testing of Polymers, Glass and Wood; and Introduction of the National Societies. The authors are members of the national societies of the Confederation of European Environmental Engineering Societies CEEES, and their work has been presented during the meetings of the working group "Climatic and Air Pollution Effects on Materials and Equipment of the CEEES, issuer of the book.
