Emer O’Sullivan, geboren 1957, aufgewachsen in Dublin, hat dort und in Berlin Anglistik und Germanistik studiert. Zwischen 1985 und 2003 war sie als Wissenschaftlerin an der Freien Universität Berlin, an der Johann Wolfgang von Goethe-Universität Frankfurt/Main und an der Universität Essen tätig. Seither ist sie Professorin für Englische Literaturwissenschaft an der Universität Lüneburg. Dietmar Rösler, geboren 1951, aufgewachsen in Emden, hat in Berlin studiert. Von 1977 bis 1996 war er im Fachbereich Germanistik des University College Dublin, der Freien Universität Berlin und des King’s College London tätig. Seither ist er Professor für Deutsch als Zweit- und Fremdsprache an der Universität Gießen.
