Nul n'était plus qualifié que Charles BAUDOUIN, l'ancien directeur de l'Institut de psychagogie de Genève, pour présenter et expliquer au lecteur cette œuvre, parfois difficile mais toujours enrichissante, qui eut le mérite d'approfondir et de dépasser la découverte initiale de Freud en explorant l'immense domaine de "l'inconscient collectif ". Commentant récemment la publication du premier tome de la correspondance de JUNG, Robert MAGGIORI écrivait dans LIBERATION : "FREUD, d'après Jung, n'aurait visité qu'un "atelier ", celui où l'on explore les lois qui régissent la formation de ces images du désir. Jung, quitte à devoir rassembler chaotiquement toutes les sciences, a voulu explorer l'usine entière, l'incommensurable laboratoire de l'imagination créatrice.
