Splash Toes Creek is based on my experiences growing up in Tennessee. Throughout my childhood, I would go out the back door, up the hill and into the woods. And in the woods, on the other side of the hill, was a little creek. That was the best place to play! Ferns grew there and violets bloomed in the spring. Autumn leaves floated there in the fall.Join me as we explore creeks in 4 seasons. Maybe get inspired to go “creeking” yourself! My stories are inspired by my love of nature and my continued daily hikes – and I always try to inject a touch of whimsy!
