All six children were raised on the southern edge of the Sahara desert with dad and mom, Dr. Burt and Ruth Long. Galmi, Niger, West Africa was their home. One by one they left to go to our SIM missionary kids' school in Jos, Nigeria, but always came home to Galmi for the holidays.
