Focusing on community health, this qualitative study explores a social intervention strategy aimed at reducing Arterial Hypertension prevalence in a specific community. Conducted between October and November 2011, it involved 120 patients across various age groups. Utilizing techniques like group dynamics and semi-structured interviews, the study revealed that the community had the highest rates of Arterial Hypertension in the Santa Clara Polyclinic, particularly among individuals aged 65 and older, highlighting a growing health concern.
