Agile Methoden haben sich als Reaktion auf sich ständig ändernde Anforderungen in der Softwareentwicklung etabliert. Dokumentation spielt eine untergeordnete Rolle, was allerdings dazu führt, dass Erfahrungen des Projektteams lediglich in den Köpfen der Entwickler verbleiben. In Forschung und Praxis fehlen bisher geeignete Techniken und Methoden, die die Dokumentation adäquat unterstützen und dennoch mit den Grundsätzen der agilen Entwicklung vereinbar sind. Das Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit besteht darin, ein integriertes Konzept zur Dokumentation in agilen Softwareprojekten - bestehend aus einem Methoden- und Werkzeugteil - zu entwickeln. Die Untersuchung des Gegenstands »Dokumentation in agilen Softwareprojekten« bedarf einer theoretischen und empirischen Fundierung. Daher wird auf Basis bestehender wissenschaftlicher Ansätze zum Information-Behavior ein eigenes Modell zum Informations- und Dokumentationsverhalten entwickelt. Anhand einer Morphologie von Projekteigenschaften können ein geeigneter Agilitätsgrad und eine passende Dokumentationsstufe zur Skalierung der Dokumentationsmethodik abgeleitet werden.
