Focusing on the prevention of bullying in elementary schools, this research article proposes innovative educational strategies aimed at fostering respect and empathy among students. It emphasizes creating inclusive environments and instilling fundamental values from an early age to combat bullying. The study highlights the vital role of teachers, parents, and the school community in implementing these strategies. Preliminary findings indicate a notable reduction in bullying incidents and an enhancement of student cohesion and emotional well-being, contributing to safer school environments.

El artículo propone una innovadora estrategia pedagógica para prevenir el bullying en estudiantes de primaria, promoviendo ambientes inclusivos y fomentando el respeto y la empatía. Destaca la participación de docentes, padres y la comunidad escolar, mostrando resultados positivos en la reducción de incidentes de acoso y mejora del bienestar emocional.
