It involves a detailed process of material collection, cleaning, sorting, and characterization through chemical, thermal, and mechanical analyses. The research compares compression molded, 3D printed, and extruded filament samples, assessing properties like tensile strength and elongation. Ultimately, PS-HI emerges as the most favorable option for recyclability, outperforming the other materials in all tested aspects.

Dit werk bestudeert de recycleerbaarheid van polymere materialen op basis van styreen, zoals PS, ABS en PC-ABS. Het omvat het verzamelen, schoonmaken, sorteren, verkleinen en karakteriseren van materialen.
