Focusing on the critical early years of human development, this research study investigates psychomotor growth in children within a rural community in Cuenca, Ecuador. By utilizing the ASQ-3 Ages and Stages Questionnaire, the study aims to assess children's developmental abilities through surveys completed by parents or caregivers. The findings emphasize the importance of timely interventions tailored to each child's individual developmental needs.
