Focusing on the civil war in Burundi from 1993 to 2005, this study examines the complex dynamics of forgiveness among victims and their offenders. It delves into the motivations behind these acts of forgiveness and assesses the extent to which they contributed to the broader process of reconciliation in the aftermath of conflict. Through detailed analysis, it sheds light on the psychological and social factors influencing healing and unity in a post-war society.

This study examines the often-overlooked role of youths as peace-builders in Jos, Nigeria, amidst ongoing ethno-political conflict. It highlights their active involvement in civil society peace initiatives, despite facing significant challenges. The research offers recommendations to enhance youth participation in future peacebuilding efforts.
