Georg Hegel

    Philosophe et l'une des figures fondatrices de l'idéalisme allemand. Influencé par l'idéalisme transcendantal de Kant et la politique de Rousseau, Hegel a formulé un système élaboré de développement historique de l'éthique, du gouvernement et de la religion à travers le déploiement dialectique de l'Absolu. Il fut l'un des philosophes historicistes les plus connus, et sa pensée présagea la philosophie continentale, y compris le postmodernisme. Son système fut inversé en une idéologie matérialiste par Karl Marx, initialement membre de la faction des jeunes hégéliens.
