Focusing on the enactment of economic opportunities, this thesis investigates why certain individuals capitalize on possibilities while others do not. It presents a theoretical model that integrates economics and psychology, highlighting the roles of information context, learning styles, and human capital. The model categorizes information contexts into demand-driven, supply-driven, and replication-driven. It is empirically tested through experiments and supported by data from the Panel Study of Entrepreneurial Dynamics, offering valuable insights for future research and practical applications.
