The study investigates the link between occupational stress and mental health issues among teachers, utilizing the Occupational Stress Index with a sample of 100 educators. Data analysis, including statistical methods like t-tests and correlation coefficients, reveals that teachers experience moderate stress levels. Findings indicate a significant correlation between occupational stress and various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, somatic symptoms, and social dysfunction. Additionally, notable differences were found between teachers with high and low stress levels regarding their mental health dimensions.

Widespread prevalence of asthma is one of undesirable consequence of modern civilization. In modern system of medicine asthma is considered as ailment, which is very difficult to cure. This is not so in alternative therapies.
