    • The amount of information a floorball player is faced with, and processing during a game is amazing. You have your own teammates moving and communicating, the movements and actions of the opponents, meanwhile you need to position yourself, be aware of your body, switch between offense and defense, take quick decisions and respond to things happening around you, sometimes with the ball, sometimes without, while everything is happening in a very high speed. This can be compared with bandwidth on internet, slow connection and you feel a lot of disruptions in everything you do, or try to do. With a high speed connection the information processing and switching between tasks will be smooth and flawless. When you increase your floorball players "bandwidth" during the floorball practices, with challenging multitasking drills with reduced time you actually do the opposite for the feeling of the game, you slowdown the game for them thanks to higher "bandwidth". This is exactly the purpose of this book, to give you the understanding, tools and methods to increase the "bandwidth", with nonlinear or multidimensional floorball drills and coaching for all of your players. The key is to increase the challenge all the time for all of your players, otherwise the development curve will flat out, if you don't push it further. Let's push it further!

    • Floorball is about interconnected skills and movement patterns where the various mental and physical skills are linked together and used simultaneously. That is why this way of thinking also needs to be included in the planning and in the design of floorball drills and off-season practices, together with situations that reduce the time for performing a skill. All the floorball drills are drawn, so you can use it on different parts or in different sizes of the training area (full rink or as a small station), with an explanation to each drill. • How to turn a Super Mario hockey drill into a modern Fortnite hockey drill? Or what components are needed in modern developing hockey practices? These are some of the areas with practical examples that are handled in the book, which ends with a chapter with Fortnite hockey drills and hockey drills for individual skill development. Personally, I am not a big fan of game consoles, even if it can sometimes, surely be perceived that way in the book. For example, I would prefer that my own children were more physically active than they are right now! Probably I'm not alone about that idea?
