I paint since I was a teenager and words forged my inner world through literature and talking, meeting people. I let it emerge very freely with the painting, taking risks to be as genuine as possible in translating what I observed, felt or questionned. And I hope it will question you in return through your own sensibility and experiences. I started a series of women reading in 2009 which tell my commitment as a woman and an artist to sustain the challenging issue of memoire and education worldwide.

Sheila Toledo Ribes holds a Fine Arts degree from the University Politécnica in Valencia and has completed two master's programs in Glass Arts at the IKKG University in Germany. Currently, she is pursuing doctoral research on art and psychosis. Her experience spans art and psychiatric institutions in both Germany and Spain, and her work has been exhibited in various museums across Europe, the United States, Cuba, and South America. Her art explores the themes of narcissism and psychosis prevalent in contemporary society, highlighting the pathological effects of societal stress, which manifest as anxiety, depression, and a loss of self. The proliferation of new media and communication, along with current food policies, creates an illusion of normalcy, masking deeper psychological turmoil that breeds phobias and insecurity. This phenomenon resembles a high-speed train fueled by rampant consumerism, as nations reflect upon the American model, resulting in a fragmented, insect-like division of labor. Toledo Ribes’ artistic foundation critiques the destructive impact of global media, addressing narcissism as a social consequence and collective psychosis as a reflection of our fragile consciousness within a "glass society." Her work invites viewers to confront the underlying issues that threaten our mental well-being in an increasingly disconnected world.
Zinjé teaches us dissident spatial thinking. He offers new experiences because of the way in which he divides a particular space. Divergent perspectives of a well known space and visual discovery of its different manifestations, alter our own perception and thus our thinking of this space. Looking at a marine by Zinjé, one is compelled to think differently about ‚sea‘. Furthermore his marines offer a powerfull metaphor. How intense can a marine be? When you look at Zinjé‘s sea, you are included in feminine ethos. With unparalleled skill he creates an immersion in motion, freshness and a caress of skin and water.
Sica's POWER artwork transcends mere surface reality, delving into profound cosmic mysteries. Employing an antisocial approach with varied materials, she explores daily negativity—what she terms "darkness"—to highlight the contrasting spectrum of the world. Her work bridges intuition, vision, matter, and cosmic truth, showcasing mythical, religious, and spiritual themes in an impressive, often three-dimensional manner. This is achieved through her unique techniques and a focus on essential materials, resulting in power-paintings that collectors describe as "iconical minimalization." Her exhibitions span Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, and Switzerland. Sica's triune material reflects a philosophical framework: the Sense (Dao) produces the First, which in turn creates the Second (Yin and Yang), leading to the Third (Heaven, Beings, and Earth). This interconnectedness reveals that everything carries darkness yet strives for light, with energy flow fostering harmony. The materials serve as ingredients, while the presentation reflects her design techniques and evolutionary analysis. This approach challenges the non-public phenomena of Spirit, Ideal, Information, Power, or Radiance. Ultimately, existence is matter, intertwined with personal emotion, where each motion and change in matter unfolds uniquely in space and time, defining unity within the material world.

The volcanoes of Guatemala and the world form the ring of fire that radiates beauty and danger, just like human minds. My work with volcanoes in xylography is a representation of that inner passion that moves the world underground and in our unconscious. My volcanic engravings were recently selected to appear on the mega screen of Art Box Project New York 0.1. With eight solo exhibitions: Galería el Attico, (2017) El Forúm Gallery (1994 and 1998), El Túnel Gallery (1995 and 1996), Rafael Landívar University (1998), El Áttico Gallery with Alma Corps (2001) and El Galería Site (2001) Exhibition of Color-Philia Watercolors. Additionally, I have participated in multiple group exhibitions, among which the 1996 Paiz Biennial, Convent of Capuchinas, El Túnel Gallery, El Sitio Gallery, Antigua Guatemala, Banco G & T Continental 2016 and the Sanchez and Guise Printing 2017 stand out.
Debora Fede, born in Rome in 1965, earned her Arts degree from the Liceo Artistico and studied Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome. At 19, she won the National “Acquario D‘oro“ Prize, followed by the “Una vita per l‘arte“ Prize from the City of Rome in 1987. Since then, she has showcased her work in numerous exhibitions across Italy, Turkey, Spain, Germany, the USA, and Cuba, receiving acclaim from critics such as A. Pace and I. Baldini. Fede has taught art in high schools since 1987 in various countries, including Italy and Turkey, and currently teaches in Florence. While she has explored various artistic forms, including watercolor and collage, her preference lies with oil on canvas. Fede views aesthetic experience as a means to understand the world, engaging in a contemporary pictorial investigation that analyzes human emotions and sensations through abstract portraiture. Her paintings are rooted in two fundamental elements: color and movement. For her, color embodies life force, while black and white add realism. Movement reflects her quest for sensations, conveying feelings and sharing her experiences while also facilitating self-discovery through the creative process.
A French plastic artist born in 1979 gained recognition through Starter Gallery, leading to a residency in 2015 at one of Chengdu's largest museums. This opportunity allowed him to showcase his work in three museums and engage with esteemed international artists like Xu Liaoyuan and Qiu Guangping. This experience birthed the “Signes” series, which propelled him to international acclaim with exhibitions in cities such as Chengdu, Shanghai, Paris, Lausanne, Hamburg, Rome, and Seoul. His work emphasizes human resonance, incorporating the plasticity of selected models to enhance expressiveness. The signs in his art reflect humanity, echoing ancient graphic frescoes found in grottos and on rocky surfaces, showcasing the artist's ability to convey his inner world through essential gestures. This transcends personal emptiness, tapping into collective imagination. Chris Calvet articulates the connection between the model's form and calligraphic lines as a representation of presence on earth, highlighting the bond between nature and humanity. His work pays homage to millennial art, reinterpreted by a young creator aiming for a vibrant, contemporary style. Calvet's images are timeless and universal, resonating with audiences in both Europe and Asia.
