The concepts of security, globalization, and European integration form the core of the academic discourse in this publication. The subtitle highlights various legal aspects as the starting point for exploration. While a legal perspective is essential, the interdisciplinary nature of these issues attracts researchers from diverse fields. The studies reveal that the topics extend beyond traditional legal branches, offering rich research opportunities in administrative, civil, commercial, penal, international, and EU law.
