"Co-Housing" is generally understood as integrative, autonomously organised, non-speculative housing. Commune-oriented ways of living have been enjoying increasing popularity in almost all European cities, thanks to the diversification of lifestyles and economic insecurity, but also due to ecological awareness and an interest in models that emphasise "living together."
