After the publication of Nietzsche's Untimely Meditations (Unzeitgem�sse Betrachtungen) the term 'Untimely' was introduced widely in philosophical studies, not merely in Nietzschean contexts. Although this concept has become very popular, it is surprising that it has been neglected by critical studies. Indeed, there are only a few publications that fully present the issue of 'Untimely' on the international scene. In this volume the reader will find different reflections moving from the Nietzschean texts, rethinking the question of the 'Untimely' beyond the 'master', and exploring wider horizons of research. Questo volume si propone di esplorare il percorso heideggeriano attraverso tematiche innovative, colmando una lacuna nella bibliografia esistente: l'assenza di un'opera che segua il Denkweg di Heidegger attraverso le Stimmungen, ovvero le tonalità emotive. Focalizzandosi sul periodo antecedente alla 'svolta', il libro analizza come Heidegger sviluppi la domanda sul rapporto tra pensiero e affettività. Si indaga la struttura di questa relazione in connessione con il mondo della vita e la Seinsfrage, evidenziando l'importanza della considerazione heideggeriana delle Stimmungen per la storia della filosofia. Viene anche esaminato il ruolo di autori e esperienze personali che hanno influenzato Heidegger, insieme ai tentativi di risposta che egli ha fornito. L'analisi culmina nel posizionamento delle tonalità emotive in Essere e tempo, rivelando come questa impostazione 'naufraghi' con l'opera del 1927, non per svanire nel 'secondo' Heidegger, ma per rinascere in una forma più chiara e fondamentale. Il volume include un'analisi fenomenologica delle Stimmungen, un confronto con posizioni filosofiche classiche sulla questione affettiva e questioni critico-teoriche, come l'indicazione di un risvolto etico delle tonalità emotive e la possibilità di rintracciare nei corsi marburghesi su Aristotele una 'seconda metà' non scritta di Essere e tempo.
