International terrorism remains a major challenge to global security and governments worldwide. Since the very beginning, governments tried to find suitable and successful strategies and measures to fight terrorism. After many decades of trial & error, successful political appeasement and increased research on this topic, a clear and unified approach is not only out of sight, but even unrealistic.
