Das Ziel dieser Dissertation ist die grundlegende Untersuchung der Eignung von Magnetfeldmessverfahren und -sensoren zur automatisierten Fehlerdetektion und Qualitätssicherung in der Produktion von magnetischen Aktoren. Zudem werden neue Ansätze zur Qualitätsprüfung weich- und hartmagnetischer Materialien, Komponenten und Baugruppen entwickelt, analysiert und bewertet. Short summary The aim of this thesis is the fundamental investigation of the suitability of magnetic field measurement methods and sensors for automated defect detection and quality assurance in the production of magnetic actuators. In addition, new approaches to quality testing of soft and hard magnetic materials, components and modules are developed, analyzed and evaluated.
