Ziel der Arbeit war, durch die Automatisierung der Prozesskette im Elektromaschinenbau, unter dem Fokus der Flexibilität der Produktionsmittel, die Wertschöpfung nachhaltig im Land zu halten. Die Montage von Wicklungen und Deckschiebern mit Hilfe einer dualarm-Roboterkinematik und die Einordnung des entwickelten Montagesystems bildeten die Schwerpunkte. Short summary The aim of this dissertation was the conception of the processes in die electric drives production, under the focus of flexible production goods, to keep the value added sustainably in the country. The emphasis was put on assembly of windings and slot cover slides, with the help of a robotic kinematic as well as the classification of developed mounting system.
