Die hier dargebotene Forschungsgeschichte ist im Rahmen der Genesis-Forschungsstelle am wiss.-theologischen Seminar der Universität Heidelberg entstanden. Die bisherige Arbeit an der Auslegung der Genesis soll zusammengefaßt und systematisch durchdrungen wer- den, um eine brauchbare Grundlage für die weitere Erforschung der Genesis zu erarbeiten.
