En savoir plus sur le livre

In the course of recent years a number of small but noteworthy architectural projects along Norwegian roads have received national and international attention. These sites are part of the ongoing work of developing the attraction of National Tourist Routes in Norway. It is mainly Norwegian architects, landscape architects and designers who have designed the various enhancement sites. A large amount of resources have been invested in the development of innovative solutions and the implementation of building projects of a high quality standard in every aspect. Several of these sites have already received international recognition within the architectural profession. Norway has a long tradition of having to adapt buildings to topographically demanding terrain. The designers have in the context of this project redefined and refined this tradition.
