Es folgten weitere Publikationen innerhalb dieser Reihe, er schrieb als Autor für die ATLAN-Serie und verfasste mehrere PERRY RHODAN-Taschenbücher. Es folgten Sachbücher, Gartenbücher und Krimis, SF-Storys und Kolumnen aus dem Perryversum. Jetzt, im Jahr 2022, sind es 44 Jahre, in denen Falk-Ingo Klee als Schriftsteller aktiv ist. Der Gießener Bestattungsunternehmer Frank Wilhelm sieht seinen Ruf bedroht, als er zwei Leichen in einem Sarg findet. Als Sohn eines Pathologen und ehemaliger Privatdetektiv beginnt er, die Sache selbst zu untersuchen. Frank Wilhelm, genannt der »Undertaker«, ehemaliger Medizin-Student, Ex-Privatdetektiv und Schwiegersohn eines Bestattungsunternehmers, wird in einem Hotel in der mittelhessischen Metropole Gießen indirekt Zeuge eines Überfalls auf eine russische Prostituierte.Wenig später wird eine junge Frau tot aus der Lahn gefischt, die offensichtlich aus Osteuropa stammt und auf bestialische Art und Weise umgebracht wurde. Kurz darauf gibt es ein weiteres Mordopfer.Die Polizei versucht fieberhaft, diesen furchtbaren Mörder zu finden und dingfest zu machen, und auch Frank Wilhelm beginnt, auf eigene Faust zu ermitteln.
