This volume includes 16 chapters, describing middle- and long-term clinical results obtained internationally using the Zweymuller cement-free total hip prosthesis. It also critically reviews new developments of this system with regard to the geometry and design of the stem and the cup, metallurgical and material science aspects, pathological and anatomical analyses, and other experimental studies.
