The book details two innovative spectrophotometric methods for accurately determining Lisinopril and Tranexamic acid in pharmaceuticals. The first method utilizes ninhydrin with Lisinopril, yielding a bluish-green color that absorbs at 600 nm, while the second employs ninhydrin with Tranexamic acid in a basic medium, producing a blue color at 565 nm. Both methods adhere to Beer’s law within specified concentration ranges and have been optimized for factors like temperature and reagent concentration, demonstrating statistically valid results in practical applications.
