Cet auteur originaire de Tokyo, Japon, a fait ses débuts en octobre 2001. Il a publié des œuvres dans les magazines Square Freeze et Love Love Santa. Il a ensuite rejoint Weekly Shōnen Jump, où il a remporté le 7e prix 'Story King' la même année. Son écriture se caractérise par un style narratif fort et la capacité de créer des histoires captivantes.
