Rafał Milach (*1978) arbeitet als freier Fotograf für verschiedene polnische Magazine wie Newsweek (Polen), Polityka und Przekroj. Seit über zehn Jahren führen ihn seine Kunstprojekte immer wieder in das Gebiet der ehemaligen Sowjetunion. Seine Arbeiten wurden vielfach ausgezeichnet, unter anderem mit dem World Press Photo Award und New York Photo Festival Award. Milach ist Mitbegründer des Fotografenkollektivs 'Sputnik'.
