Antoni Tàpies
The Practice of Art
The Little Stories collection teaches children and adults about the lives and works of the great artists, architects and writers, as well as the history of cities, towns, popular festivals and emblematic monuments. With detailed and well-researched illustrations by Pilarín Bayes and marvellous texts by different authors, cultural themes are explained in entertaining and thorough narratives. In this book, number 236 in the collection, the author Atoni Tàpies presents the great artist Antoni Tàpies.
This fourth volume of the graphic work of Antoni Tàpies contains, in the bilingual Spanish-English edition, prints created between 1987 and 1994, as well as a short annexe of previously created works which were omitted from earlier volumes. For ease of use, an alphabetical index of print titles has been incorporated, as in the third edition, giving year and catalogue number. This present edition also introduces an index of works arranged alphabetically by publisher giving city, year of execution and catalogue number.
Recognized for its cultural significance, this work contributes to the foundational knowledge of civilization. Scholars have deemed it essential for understanding historical and societal contexts, highlighting its importance in the academic landscape.
