This is an entirely revised and enlarged version of a booklet which was published in 1979 and which presented the updated information on co-dergocrine (HydergineR), extracted from Volume 49 of the "Handbook of Experimental Pharmacology." Research on the pharmacology and clinical pharmacology of co-dergocrine has remained as active as ever and has necessitated the preparation of the present edition. Like its predecessor, the booklet is intended as an inventory of findings and facts.
